My Ladies Balance Classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay confident in your body as you age.
These small, supportive classes focus on practical strength and balance training to help you stay steady, independent, and active in everyday life.

All exercises are adaptable and suitable for different ability levels, with a focus on safe, functional movement you can carry into daily life.

50-minute small group classes
Maximum 10 participants
Supportive, welcoming environment
Suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise
Cost: $15 per class
When: Mondays at 11:00am
Where: Corrimal Community Centre

I spent two years working at a senior-focused gym, supporting clients to build strength, improve balance, and move with confidence. I’m passionate about active ageing because I truly believe exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving health, longevity, and quality of life.
My goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where you can move, learn, and feel confident in your body.
