I teach Certificates III and IV in Fitness at Fit College.
I run a monthly ladies' book club called the Active Readers Book Club.
I love afternoon workouts that involve running, strength training and the occasional outdoor climb. I'm currently working toward a half-marathon in April 2025.
Outside the gym, I enjoy reading, learning languages and taking my camera to new places.
